Julius Sun (more commonly known as “The Jurius”) has been our friend since the third grade. At high school graduation, Julius gave a speech as the saludictorian, Josh gave a speech as the valedictorian, and Glenn gave a speech as the class president. The three of us all matriculated to Brown University together where we were roommates for several years.

Joseph Abraham Zurier was our first investor. He met Glenn more than a decade ago at Academic Decathlon during the examination period. Seated next to each other, they became fast friends. Later that same day, it was announced that Joseph Abraham had become the first person in Rhode Island history to receive a perfect score in the mathematics category. Upon graduating from MIT, Joe spent a few years at Jane Street. He has since left for greener pastures.

Tejas Narechania met with us every two week for about six months to teach us patent law out of a textbook when we first got started. Once upon a time, Tejas clerked for Justice Breyer of the Supreme Court. He is currently a Professor of Law at UC Berkeley.
